George Andreopoulos leads the technical team at Melbourne Smiles Dental Laboratory, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on experience as a Dental Technician across small-scale and high-volume labs. His expertise lies in digital workflows, including CAD/CAM design of crowns, bridges, implants. He is well versed in new technology, including milling and 3D printed splints and sleep apnoea devices. George’s knowledge of modern dental manufacturing processes allows him to deliver consistent, high-precision results that meet the functional and aesthetic demands of today’s clinicians.

As Laboratory Manager, he plays a central role in workflow optimisation, technician mentoring, and case quality control. He’s also a key liaison for dentists, ensuring their instructions are fully understood and executed with care.
