Our reception area is the first point of contact for visiting clinicians, couriers, and suppliers. Managed by our experienced front office team, it’s where cases are received, logged, and tracked through our system. This front-of-house role is more than administrative — it’s where relationships are built and communication lines remain open, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
Modern dental restoration starts with precision data. Our digital suite includes advanced CAD/CAM systems, 3D printers, and milling units capable of producing everything from splints and crowns to complex implant frameworks. Technicians work in close collaboration with clinicians to ensure each digital file is translated into a physical restoration with absolute accuracy.
The heart of the laboratory is our production floor, where skilled technicians hand-finish every restoration. Each workstation is dedicated to a specific discipline, from prosthetics and orthodontics to crown and bridge fabrication, allowing our team to focus on their area of expertise while maintaining clear quality control processes.
Certain areas of the lab are designed for highly specialised work, such as implant-supported restorations, precision casting, and ceramics. These spaces are equipped with advanced tools and materials to ensure each product meets clinical requirements for function, fit, and aesthetics.
With years of experience across multiple disciplines, our team shares a commitment to detail, communication, and innovation. Collaboration is key, and every case is discussed, reviewed, and refined before it leaves the lab.
Before any restoration is dispatched, it undergoes a thorough quality control process to ensure accuracy and finish. Cases are carefully packaged and shipped using trusted logistics partners, with tracking available for all deliveries across Australia.
